Privacy

We keep your name, phone number and delivery address because an order cannot be delivered without them. We do not sell or share that information with anyone except the courier carrying your parcel.

Payment is handled by bKash, Nagad or the courier — we never see or store your card or wallet PIN.

Ask us to delete your account and we will, along with the addresses saved in it. Order records are kept for accounts and warranty.
