Delivery

Inside Dhaka ৳70, 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka ৳130, 3–5 days.

Paying

Cash on delivery, everywhere in Bangladesh. You pay the whole amount — the dress and the delivery charge together — to the delivery man when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is paid in advance, inside or outside Dhaka.

Parcels go out through Steadfast Courier. You get a tracking code by SMS once the parcel is picked up.

Checking before you pay

You may open the parcel and check the dress in front of the delivery man. If it is not what you ordered, do not pay — send it back with him.

Exchange

Wrong size or a fault from our side: exchange within 3 days of delivery, with the tag still on and the dress unworn and unwashed. Return delivery is on us when the fault is ours.

We do not take back a dress that has been worn, washed or altered.

Terms

Prices include VAT where it applies and are in Bangladeshi Taka. The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

Colour on a screen is never exactly the cloth. We photograph in daylight without filters, but a small difference in shade is not a fault.

Stock is held for you when the order is placed. If a piece sells out between your order and our confirmation call, we will offer the same dress in another colour or refund in full.
